The Redwood Junior Soccer League is operated according to its Bylaws, a series of operating procedures and policies, and managed by:

Directors
Each Club within RedwoodSoccer has a Club Representative that is a member of the Board of Directors for the League. Each representative casts one vote for each Team in the Club.
Officers
Day to day operations of RedwoodSoccer are handled by the Officers of the League.
